राष्ट्रीय वेदविद्या प्रतिष्ठान की स्थापना मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, शिक्षा विभाग, भारत सरकार द्वारा जनवरी, 1987 में सोसायटी पंजीकरण अधिनियम 1860 के अन्तर्गत एक स्वायत्त संगठन के रूप में की गई थी। इसके उद्देश्य निम्नवत् हैं :
The Rashtriya Veda Vidya Pratishthan was established in January 1987 by the Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi. It is an autonomous organisation registered under the Societies' Registration Act, 1860. The objectives of the Pratishthan are as under :
| (क) | वैदिक अध्ययन की मौखिक परम्परा का संरक्षण, संवर्धन तथा विकास। Preservation, conservation and development of the oral tradition of Vedic studies. |
(ख) | पाठशालाओं के साथ अन्य साधनों तथा संस्थाओं के माध्यम से वेदों का अध्ययन एवं अध्यापन। Study of the Vedas through Pathashalas as well as other means and institutions. |
(ग) | अनुसन्धान - सुविधाओं की सर्जना करना तथा प्रोत्साहन देना, जिससे वेदों में निहित ज्ञान के विपुल भण्डार को सम्मुख लाया जा सके और इसका तादात्म्य समसामयिक आवश्यकताओं के साथ स्थापित किया जा सके। Creation and promotion of research facilities so as to bring out the rich wealth of knowledge contained in the Vedas and to relate it with the contemporary needs. |
(घ) | सूचना संकलित करने तथा सम्बन्धित सामग्री को समेकित करने के लिए मूलभूत सुविधाओं तथा अनुकूल परिस्थितियों का सृजन करना तथा विभिन्न साधनों के माध्यम से इनका प्रकाशन तथा प्रचार-प्रसार करना। Collection of information and to arrange basic facilities to store relevant material and to disseminate and publish it in various forms using different resources. |
मई, 1993 में उज्जैन स्थानान्तरित होने के अनन्तर प्रतिष्ठान का नाम “महर्षि सान्दीपनि राष्ट्रीय वेदविद्या प्रतिष्ठान” के रूप में परिवर्तित हो गया।
In May 1993, the office of the Pratishthan was shifted to Ujjain and it was renamed as "Maharshi Sandipani Rashtriya Veda Vidya Pratishthan".
प्रवर्तमान कार्यक्रम और कार्यकलाप |
वैदिक सस्वर उच्चारण की मौखिक परम्परा को अक्षुण्ण बनाए रखने की योजना |
यह योजना सरकार की पंचम पंचवर्षीय योजना अवधि से चल रही थी। प्रतिष्ठान को यह योजना दिनांक 1.4.1994 से कार्यान्वयन के लिये मानव संसाधन विकास मन्त्रालय द्वारा हस्तान्तरित की गयी। इसका उद्देश्य वैदिक उच्चारण की मौखिक परम्परा को अक्षुण्ण बनाए रखने कि लिये विशेष प्रोत्साहन प्रदान करना है। इस योजना के अन्तर्गत एक स्वाध्यायी-अध्यापक को अपने घर पर या किसी भी उपयुक्त स्थान पर छात्रों को वेदाध्ययन कराना होता है। इस प्रयोजनार्थ चयनित स्वाध्यायी-अध्यापक को कम से कम एक वेद की एक शाखा में पूर्णरूपेण प्रवीण होना चाहिए। स्वाध्यायी-अध्यापक से यह अपेक्षा की जाती है कि इस प्रयोजनार्थ जिन छात्रों को वेदाध्ययन सिखाने का विशेष दायित्व सौंपा गया है, वह उन्हें विशेष प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करें ताकि वह जिस शाखा में अर्ह है, सस्वर पूरी संहिता के उच्चारण में उन्हें पारंगत बना सके। प्रत्येक छात्र की शिक्षण अवधि सात वर्ष है।
This scheme of the Government had been in operation since Fifth Five Year Plan. It had been transferred by the Ministry of Human Resource Development to the Pratishthan since 1.4.1994 for execution. The objective of this scheme is to provide special incentive for preservation of the oral tradition of Vedic recitation. Under this scheme, a Swadhyayi teacher is required to teach students at his home or at any suitable place in his locality. The selected Swadhyayi teacher for the said purpose is required to possess proficiency at least in one Shakha of the Vedas. He is expected to provide special coaching to the students in recitation specially assigned to him for this purpose, so as to enable them to acquire proficiency in reciting the complete Samhita with Swara of the particula Shakha for which he is qualified. The duration of teaching is seven years for each student. After completion of syllabus of seven years.
वैदिक संस्थाओं को वित्तीय सहायता |
प्रतिष्ठान के उद्देश्यों में सारे देश में वैदिक पाठशालाओं, अनुसंधान केन्द्रों की स्थापना करना, उनका अधिग्रहण करना, उनका प्रबन्ध अथवा पर्यवेक्षण करना तथा प्रतिष्ठान के उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति के लिए उनका सम्पोषण करना तथा उन्हें संचालित करना है। इस प्रावधान के अन्तर्गत देश के विभिन्न वेद पाठशालाओं/विद्यालयों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है।
The objectives of the Pratishthan are to establish, take over, manage or supervise Vedic Pathashalas /Research Centres in all over the country and to maintain/run them effectively. Under this provision, financial assistance has been provided to various Veda Pathashalas/Vidyalayas in the country.
मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा वैदिक शिक्षा की प्रोन्नति के लिये स्वैच्छिक संगठनों (वेद पाठशालाओं/विद्यालयों) को वित्तीय सहायता योजना को बजट आवण्टन के साथ प्रतिष्ठान को दिनांक 01.04.1994 से स्थानान्तरित किया गया। इस योजना के अन्तर्गत संगठनों/संस्थाओं/पाठशालाओं/ विद्यालयों के अध्यापकों के मानदेय तथा छात्रों की छात्रवृत्ति के लिये सहायता-अनुदान दिया जाता है। अब तक नवीन वेद अध्यापक को 11000/- रुपये प्रतिमाह मानदेय दिया जाता है। 5 वर्ष से अधिक अध्यापन अनुभव प्राप्त को 15000/- रुपये प्रतिमाह की दर से और 10 वर्ष से अधिक अध्यापन अनुभव प्राप्त वेदाध्यापकों को 17000/- रुपये प्रतिमाह की दर से मानदेय प्रदान किया जाता है।
The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi had transferred the scheme of financial assistance along with budgetary allocation to Voluntary Organizations (Veda Pathashalas) for promotion of Vedic education to the Pratishthan for execution with effect from 01-04-1994. Under this scheme, an honorarium to the teachers and stipend to students studying in institution/pathashalas has been provided by the Pratishthan. Now a fresh Veda Teacher gets an honorarium of Rs. 11,000/- per month. A teacher having teaching experience of more than 5 years and more than 10 years gets honorarium @ Rs. 15,000/- per month and @ Rs. 17,000/- per month respectively.
एक छात्र के लिए 2000/- रुपये प्रतिमाह की दर से राशि दी जाती है, जिसमें से 1000/- रुपये प्रतिमाह पाठशाला द्वारा छात्र के लिये एक राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक में नियत / आवर्ती जमा खाते में आस्थगितवृत्ति राशि के रूप में इस प्रयोजन के लिये प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा निर्धारित अनुदेशों के अनुसार जमा किया जाता है। बैंक में संचित राशि ब्याज सहित सम्बन्धित छात्र को सफलतापूर्वक अध्ययन पूर्ण करने पर एक मुश्त प्रदान की जाती है। रुपये 1000/- की शेष राशि पाठशालाओं द्वारा छात्र के रख-रखाव के लिये उपयोग में लाई जाती है। पाठशाला के प्रबन्धन से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वह छात्रों को उनके लिये निर्धारित पोषणमानक तक उचित भोजन आदि की व्यवस्था करें और इस प्रयोजन के लिये संसाधनों से भी आवश्यक निधि प्रदत्त करे। पाठशाला के प्रबन्धन से यह भी अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वह छात्रों के रख-रखाव उपशीर्ष में छात्रों पर किये गये वास्तविक व्यय का प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा प्रदत्त सहायता-अनुदान के लिये उचित लेखे रखे तथा उसकी उपयोगिता सम्परीक्षक के प्रमाण-पत्र द्वारा प्रमाणित करें।
A Veda student is paid stipend @ Rs. 2000/- p.m., out of which Rs. 1000/- p.m. to be deposited by the Pathashala in the Fixed/ Recurring Deposit in a Nationalised Bank in the name of student as Deferred Stipend Account in accordance with the instructions laid down by the Pratishthan for the purpose. The accumulated amount in the Bank together with interest would be paid to the concerned student in one lump sum on successful completion of his studies. The remaining Rs. 1000/- would be utilized by the Pathashala on maintenance of the student. The Management of the pathashalas are expected that they should arrange the prescribed nutrition standard meal for students and also to provide necessary funds from their own resources for the purpose. It is also expected from the management of pathashala to keep proper books of accounts of actual expenditure under the sub-head “Maintenance of students” both in respect of grant-in-aid provided by the Pratishthan as well as the funds utilized by them from their own resources and its utilization duly certified by the Auditors.
सभी के लिए वैदिक कक्षाएँ |
The Pratishthan formulated a scheme to run the vedic classes, for all those persons who have an interest in Vedic studies and disseminate the relevant information, irrespective of their being ineligible / unqualified and have a plan to run vedic class. Under this scheme, 100 lectures are delivered on every Saturday and Sunday in two lectures on special topics of vedas. The structure of syllabus which includes various subjects has been prescribed by the Pratishthan.
संगोष्ठियाँ / Seminars |
वैदिक अध्ययन के क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान के प्रोत्साहन के लिए प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा प्राथमिकता के क्षेत्रों में संगोष्ठियाँ आयोजित की जाती हैं। ये संगोष्ठियाँ प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा पूर्ण अथवा आंशिक रूप से वित्तपोषित की जाती हैं।
In order to encourage scholars for research activities in vedic studies, Seminars are being organized in the thrust areas by the Pratishthan. These seminars are fully or partly financed by the Pratishthan.
वैदिक सम्मेलन / Vedic Sammelans |
प्रतिष्ठान के कार्यक्रमों में वैदिक सम्मेलनों का महत्त्वपूर्ण स्थान है और ये सम्पूर्ण देश में वैदिक अध्ययन और ज्ञान के प्रचार के प्रमुख साधन हैं। प्रतिवर्ष एक अखिल भारतीय और अन्य क्षेत्रीय वैदिक सम्मेलन आयोजित किये जाते हैं। उद्घाटन और समापन समारोह के साथ ये सम्मेलन त्रिदिवसीय आयोजित होते हैं। ये सम्मेलन आयोजक के रूप में उत्कृष्ट वैदिक संस्थाओं, विश्वविद्यालयों, विद्यापीठों आदि के सहयोग से सम्पन्न किये जाते हैं। उन स्थानों पर, जहाँ ऐसी संस्थाएँ उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, सम्मेलन आयोजित करने के लिये प्रसिद्ध विद्वानों एवं गणमान्य व्यक्तियों की आयोजन-समितियाँ गठित की जाती हैं।
In order to disseminate Vedic studies and knowledge widely throughout the country, the Vedic Conferences (Sammelans) play a significant role in the programmes of the Pratishthan. In every year, a three day All India Conference and other Regional Vedic Conferences are organized, which include inaugural and valedictory functions. These conferences are organized in collaboration with eminent Vedic institutions, Universities, Vidyapeethas, etc. Where there no such institutions are available, Organizing Committee of eminent scholars and prominent persons have been constituted for organizing such conferences.
अध्येतावृत्ति / Fellowships |
वैदिक अनुसंधान को प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से अध्येतावृत्ति का प्रावधान है। इस प्रयोजन के लिए प्रतिष्ठान में एक व्यापक अध्येतावृत्ति योजना चलाई जाती है। इस योजना का प्रमुख उद्देश्य विद्वानों को, विशेष रूप से युवा शोध छात्रों को, अवसर प्रदान करके वेदों तथा वैदिक साहित्य के विभिन्न पक्षों पर अनुसन्धान को बढ़ावा देना है ताकि वे अनुसंधान-परियोजनाओं में पूर्णकालिक आधार पर अपने चयनित शोध विषयों पर गंभीर गवेषणा-कार्य कर सकें। इस योजना के अन्तर्गत निम्नलिखित अध्येतावृत्तियाँ प्रदान की जाती हैं -
There is a provision of Fellowship for promoting Vedic research. The Pratishsthan offers Fellowship Scheme for this purpose. The main objective of this scheme is to provide an opportunity to scholars, particularly young research scholars for promoting the growth of Vedas and different aspects of vedic literature, so as to enable them to choose research topics on research projects to undertake research work for full time basis. Under this scheme, following Fellowships have been provided :

पात्रता/अर्हताएँ, अध्येतावृत्ति की निबन्धन और शर्तें, विशिष्ट समय पर उपलब्ध अध्येतावृत्तियों की विभिन्न श्रेणियों की संख्या आदि का निर्धारण योजना में किया गया है। किसी विशेष वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान परियोजना की व्यावहारिकता तथा बजट प्रावधान की उपलब्धता को ध्यान में रखते हुए अध्येतावृत्तियाँ प्रदान की जाती हैं।
Under the scheme, terms and conditions of fellowships, eligibility/ qualification, and availability of fellowships in different categories at particular period have been prescribed. Keeping in view, workability of project and availability of budget during the particular financial year, fellowships have been provided.
प्रकाशन / Publication |
अपने लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति के लिए प्रतिष्ठान का एक महत्त्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रम प्रकाशन है। इस कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत वैदिक साहित्य से संबंधित अप्राप्य एवं दुर्लभ ग्रंथों का प्रकाशन एवं पुनर्मुद्रण किया जाता है। समीक्षात्मक संस्करणों, कतिपय ग्रन्थों का विभिन्न भाषाओं में अनुवाद, महत्त्वपूर्ण विषयों पर निबन्ध तथा प्रतिष्ठान के अध्येता विद्वानों द्वारा किये गये शोधकार्यों के प्रतिवेदनों का मुद्रण भी किया जाता है। इसके अतिरिक्त, संगोष्ठियों व कार्यशालाओं में प्रस्तुत किये गये शोधपत्रों और उनकी कार्यवाही को भी प्रकाशनार्थ लिया जाता है।
Publication is an important programme of the Pratishthan to fulfil its objectives. The out-of-print and rare texts relating to Vedic literature are reprinted and published under this programme. Printing of critical editions and translation into various languages of certain texts, monographs on important topics and report of research work done by Fellows of the Pratishthan are also undertaken. In addition, the research papers presented at the seminars, workshops and proceedings thereof are also taken up for publication.
शोध-पत्रिका का प्रकाशन |
प्रतिष्ठान नवीन अनुसंधानों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिये ‘वेदविद्या’ नामक अन्ताराष्ट्रिय एक शोध पत्रिका (International Research Journal) का भी प्रकाशन करता है, जिसमें हिन्दी, अंग्रेजी एवं संस्कृत तीनों भाषाओं में वेदविषयक उत्कृष्ट निबन्धों का प्रकाशन इस अभिप्राय से किया जाता है कि उनका लाभ विद्वज्जन एवं सामान्य जनता को प्राप्त हो सके। यह शोध पत्रिका ISSN नं. 2230-8962 से युक्त मूल्यांकित शोध-पत्रिका (Refereed Research Journal) है।
In order to promote new research activities, Pratishthan publishes an International Research Journal “Ved Vidya” in which good essays related with Veda published in Hindi, English and Sanskrit languages so that its advantage may be availed by the Vedic scholars as well as by general public. This research journal contained ISSN No. 2230-8962 is Referred Research Journal.
वेदवार्ता मासिक का प्रकाशन |
प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा मई, 2012 से समाचार पत्रिका वेदवार्ता (मासिक) के नाम से प्रकाशन किया जा रहा है। इस मासिक वेदवार्ता में प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा देश में वर्ष भर तक होने वाले समस्त कार्यक्रमों वैदिक सम्मेलन, संगोष्ठी, गुरुशिष्य इकाइयों एवं पाठशालाओं में होने वाली परिक्षाओं वेदज्ञान सप्ताह, सबके लिए वैदिक कक्षाओं तथा प्रतिष्ठान से सम्बन्धित इकाइयों/पाठशालाओं में होने वाले संस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों एवं अन्य विशेष कार्यों की जानकारी मासिक स्तर पर प्रदान की जाती है।
Publication of “Veda Varta”, a monthly news magazine has been introduced since May, 2012 by the Pratishthan. This magazine covers and provides the germane information on all programmes on vedic sammelan, seminar, examinations for pathashala / guru shishya parampara yojana, veda gyan saptah, vedic classes for all, cultural programmes in the affiliated pathashalas/units of guru shishya parampara by the Pratishthan and other special tasks being carried by the Pratishthan throughout the year.
पुस्तकालय / Library |
प्रतिष्ठान के पास उज्जैन में अपना एक बहुत अच्छा पुस्तकालय है तथा इस पुस्तकालय में वैदिक साहित्य तथा संबंधित विषयों पर लगभग 5000 पुस्तकें हैं। अभी अर्हता प्राप्त पुस्तकालय स्टाफ की नियुक्ति होनी है, यद्यपि पुस्तकालय का और अधिक विस्तार नहीं हो पाया। तथापि वर्तमान वर्ष में पुस्तकालय की पुस्तक-संख्या में कुछ वृद्धि की गई है। यह पूर्णतः कम्प्यूटराईज्ड किया जा रहा है। शीघ्र ही पूर्ण हो जायेगा। राज्य सरकार द्वारा इसे आवंटित की गई भूमि पर प्रतिष्ठान के सम्पूर्ण निर्माण कार्यक्रम के अंश के रूप में तथा दीर्घकालीन उपायों के तौर पर, प्रतिष्ठान के पुस्तकालय के लिए विकास योजना, आवश्यक भवन की रूपरेखा सहित प्रस्तावित है।
The Pratishthan has its own well maintained Library at Ujjain, and at present it has got about 5000 books on its shelves on Vedic literature and allied subjects. The expected growth of the Library could not be done, due to limited space available in the Pratishthan Office located at Pradhikaran Bhawan and qualified staff is yet to be recruited. However, the number of books in library have been increased during the year. The Library system is being computerized fully which is expected to be completed soon. As a part of the overall construction programme of the Pratishthan on the land allotted to it by the State Government and as a long term measures, a growth plan for development of library with necessary building plan has been proposed.
वैदिक गणित / Vedic Mathematics |
प्रतिष्ठान आरम्भ से ही वैदिक गणित में अनुसंधान का अनुसरण कर रहा है। 1992 - 93 वर्ष के दौरान इस विषय पर गठित एक विशेषज्ञ समिति कार्य करती रही। विभिन्न सिफारिशों पर की गई अनुवर्ती कार्यवाही के फलस्वरूप, राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक अनुसंधान प्रशिक्षण परिषद् ने कुछ सूत्रों तथा उनके अनुप्रयोगों को सुशोभित सामग्री के तौर पर शिक्षक दिग्दर्शिका तथा वैदिक गणित पर व्याख्यानों को शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में शामिल किया। वैदिक गणित में स्कूलों के शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण करने के लिए समय-समय पर कार्यशालाएँ भी आयोजित की जाती हैं।
The Pratishthan has been following research in Vedic Mathematics since inception. An Expert Committee constituted in 1992-93 has been functioning continuously. As an interim action and result of various recommendations, National Academy Research Training Council included some formulae and its applications as ready well adorned material in teachers guide and lectures on Vedic mathematics in Teachers Training Programme. In order to impart training to school teachers in Vedic Mathematics, workshops have been organized from time to time. During the year under review, no workshop was organized.
‘वैदिक डाइरेक्टरी’ की निर्माण योजना |
‘वैदिक डाइरेक्टरी’ के निर्माण की महत्त्वाकांक्षी योजना पर भी काम चल रहा है। वैदिक सस्वर उच्चारण की मौखिक परम्परा को अक्षुण्ण बनाए रखने के लिये डिजीटल अथवा सी.डी. रोम तकनीक के माध्यम से विभिन्न वेद संहिताओं एवं ब्राह्मणों के सस्वर उच्चारण का वीडियो रिकार्ड करना।
The work for ambitious scheme to maintain Vedic Directory has also been initiated. In order to preserve and conserve the oral tradition intact, use of different digital or C.D. Rom techniques for video recording of various Veda codes and Brahmins oral pronunciation have been adopted.
वयोवृद्ध वेदपाठी एवं दिव्यांग वेदपाठी को वित्तीय सहायता |
प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा वयोवृद्ध वेदपाठी 65 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के हैं तथा दिव्यांग वेदपाठियों को 2000/- रुपये प्रतिमाह की दर से सहायता दी जाती है।
Each Veda Pathis aged beyond 65 years and The Handicapped Veda Pathis are paid Rs. 2000/- per month.
नित्याग्निहोत्रियों को वित्तीय सहायता |
प्रतिष्ठान के पास ऐसे नित्याग्निहोत्रियों को 2000/- रुपये प्रतिमाह की दर से वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करने की एक योजना है जो सपत्नीक नियमित रूप से अपने घरों में प्राचीन वैदिक परम्परा के अनुसार सविधि वेद मन्त्रों के उच्चारण सहित अग्न्याधान कर गो-सेवा करते हुए नित्य अग्निहोत्र का अनुष्ठान करते हैं। वित्तीय सहायता का उद्देश्य अग्निहोत्री द्वारा नित्य अग्निहोत्र अनुष्ठान करने के लिए उस पर होने वाले व्यय की आंशिक तौर पर प्रतिपूर्ति करना है। इसमें वरीयता उन्हें दी जाती है, जो वयोवृद्ध हैं, और नित्यकर्म के रूप में अग्निहोत्र का संपादन करते हैं।
The Pratishthan has formulated a scheme to provide financial assistance of Rs. 2000/- per month each for those Nityagnihotris, who along with their wives perform and follow traditional Vedic recitations with Agnyadhan as per procedure and cow worship at their homes Agnihotra Anushthan regularly. The objective of providing financial assistance is to reimburse partially the expenses being incurred on performing Agnihotra Anushthan by the Agnihotris regularly. Preference has been given to those pandits/ vedapathis, who are aged and perform/follow Agnihotra regularly.
वेद ज्ञान सप्ताह समारोह |
प्रतिष्ठान ने वैदिक ज्ञान एवं उसमें निहित मानवीय मूल्यों के प्रति जागरूकता उत्पन्न करने के लिए देश के विभिन्न भागों में वेद ज्ञान सप्ताह समारोह मनाने का एक कार्यक्रम शुरू किया था। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य देश में वेदों, वैदिक ज्ञान तथा भारतीय संस्कृति के बारे में जागृति उत्पन्न करना है।
In order to create Vedic knowledge and consciousness of its implied human value, to organize a Vedic Knowledge Week in various places of the country was started by the Pratishthan. The objective of this programme is to create awakening on Veda, Vedic Knowledge and Indian Culture amongst people in the country.
वैदिक मंत्रोच्चारण की टेप रिकार्डिंग (ध्वन्यङ्कन) |
One of the essential activity of the Pratishthan is to maintain the record for preservation oral tradition of various branches of vedas’s recitation through Tape Recording C.D./D.V.D. There is a centre of tape recording of some Vedas branches at Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Tirupati. During the years 1992-93 and 1993-94, an arrangement was made by the Pratishthan with assistance of Vidyapeeth, so that a complete duplicate set of Vedas recitation could be made available. Out of the tapes available at Tirupati Vidyapeeth, its duplicate tapes have been made. The Pratishthan has collected Mantrochharan related audio-video tapes in different branches and styles from various sources. In this respect, an audio C.D. of 70 hours in M.P.-3 form collected, which are available at the Pratishthan for learned scholars.

वर्ष 1994-95 में, वेद विद्या को लोकप्रिय बनाने हेतु 20 से 25 घंटे का पैकेज ऑडियो कैसेट तैयार करने हेतु, प्रारम्भ में हिन्दी में, वेदों का परिचय कराने, वैदिक परम्परा तथा उसमें निहित नैतिक एवं मानवीय मूल्यों की जानकारी के संबंध में प्रारम्भिक ज्ञान देने के लिये कार्यक्रम आरम्भ किया जाता है।
In the year 1994-95, with a view to popularize Veda Vidya, a programme has been introduced for preparation of a Package Audio Cassette of duration 20 to 25 hours initially in Hindi. The aim is to introduce Vedas, impart preliminary knowledge on Vedic Tradition and information on its implied moral and human values.
घर बैठे वेदों की शिक्षा |
प्रतिष्ठान द्वारा घर बैठे वेदों की शिक्षा का पत्राचार पाठ्यक्रम का कार्यक्रम प्रारम्भ किया गया है। इसमें उत्तीर्ण वेदानुरागियों को ‘वेद-निपुण’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्रदान किया जाता है। इस योजना के अन्तर्गत जनसामान्य को चारों वेद, वेदाङ्ग, ब्राह्मणग्रन्थ, आरण्यक, उपनिषद्, भारतीय संस्कृति का स्वरूप एवं महत्त्व, भारतीय दर्शन शास्त्र की सामान्य जानकारी जन-जन तक पहुँचाने के उद्देश्य से पाठ्यक्रम को मूर्त रूप दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही पाठ्यक्रम को रुचिकर बनाने के लिए वैदिक आख्यानों एवं गाथाओं को भी यथास्थान प्रस्तुत किया गया है। इस सत्र के दौरान पाठ्यक्रम सुव्यवस्थित रूप से चलता रहा। उक्त पाठ्यक्रम को हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी माध्यम से किया जा सकता है।
The Pratishthan has introduced a correspondence course on “Ghar Baithe Vedon Ki Shiksha”. The pass Vedanuragis awarded “Ved Nipun” certificate. Under this scheme, syllabus has been formulated so as to reach by general public a germane information on four Vedas, Vedang, Brahmin Granth, Aranyak, Upanishad, Importance and form of Indian Culture, Indian Philosophy. Besides, to make the syllabus interesting, vedic stories have been given at appropriate places. During the session, syllabus was carried out in order. The above course may be opted for in Hindi or English medium.
